Informally initiated in 2008 by dedicated social workers and formally registered in 2014 under the Indian Trusts Act (Regd. No. 2024/23/IV/582), Waste Pickers Welfare Foundation (WWF) addresses the multi-dimensional challenges faced by informal waste-picking families across Delhi NCR.
Our model integrates remedial child education, digital computer labs, preventive healthcare camps, substance abuse prevention, and women’s self-help groups (SHGs) in collaboration with municipal and CSR partners.
