Statutory Governance Standards
All trustees serve in an honorary fiduciary capacity. The foundation holds regular resolution meetings at its registered office at B-12/A, Gali No. 2, East Nathu Colony, Shahdara, Delhi-110093, and maintains audited financial books in compliance with Section 12AB and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
